A vacation that you and your family will always remember is traveling to the sunny state of Florida. Many people will actually prefer traveling here than going to the state of California. Each of these states has something to offer, as well as many similarities. However, if you want to go to a state that will give you access to both the Atlantic Ocean, and the Gulf of Mexico, Florida is where you need to be. Walt Disney World

This is probably the top attraction throughout the state with families that have small children. Very similar to Disneyland in California, it is simply so much larger. It is a theme park that really has no compare. There are other theme parks that are connected which seemed completely different. However, it is all the same as you travel through the different sections of Walt Disney World, a place that is considered to be the happiest place on earth.

Kennedy Space Center

When people think of NASA, the Kennedy Space Center always comes to mind. This is where some of the most important events in our scientific history have happened. If you have kids that would like to participate in a summer camp, or if you simply want to take a tour through the visitors center, it is absolutely amazing.

Universal Orlando

In the same way that California has Universal Studios, Florida has Universal Orlando. It is a theme park that is literally based upon different movies that have been made. You can see the different characters walking around. Although this as a completely different feel than what you will see at a Disney park, it’s still a lot of fun. Your kids might actually enjoy this more, so make sure that you go to both Walt Disney World and Universal Orlando just to see which one they prefer.

There are so many places that you can go in Florida. Some people will go to Miami so that they can take a trip to the Caribbean. Other people want to keep driving south and go to the Florida Keys. Whatever you decide to do, just make sure that you are going to spend at least a couple of weeks so that you can experience as much of Florida as you can on your vacation.
